This year, our usual activities to observe Memorial Day are put on hold. But we can still honor the men and women that we celebrate this holiday by emulating their courage. This time, we can express courage by continuing to believe that this, too, shall pass. How do we show that we still believe in tomorrow, you ask? By taking good care of ourselves today.
