A: Absolutely! All Palette Passholders receive a 10% discount on all products available on our website, not just coloring books. This discount is active at all times and can be used for any of your creative needs.
Q: What happens if a book I receive through Palette Pass arrives damaged?
A: We take great care to ensure the quality of our products, but if you receive a damaged coloring book, please reach out to our customer support team immediately. We'll work to resolve the issue and send you a replacement if necessary.

A: Yes! There are no additional fees associated with becoming a Palette Passholder! All you pay for is the book launches at either 15% off monthly, 20% off quarterly, or 30% off annually!
Q: What if I don’t want one of the new books?
A: Totally fair! We created the Palette Pass as a way for the colorists who typically buy almost every new launch to save some money by committing upfront. However, we recognize that everyone’s situations are different and that not everyone will love every book we release.We do think ColorIt books make great gifts if you do happen to sign up and not love one of the books you receive but if this is something you are concerned about, check back soon for updated Palette Pass features. We hope to offer the option to skip and sub books in the future!
Q: Will there be a new book release each month?
A: Yes, we typically follow a monthly release cadence. In the event we skip a month, your subscription will respond accordingly!
Q: Is the Palette Pass available outside the US?
A: At this time, the Palette Pass is only available for US residents. We hope to expand in the future!
Q: Which book will I get if I sign up today?
A: Orders placed by 5pm EST on or before the 7th of each month will get the current month’s release. If you place an order after 5pm EST on the 7th of each month, you will receive next month’s release.
