- Shipping times vary. New releases will be sent to current subscribers prior to books being available on the market but actual delivery times are subject to local and regional delivery services.
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions automatically renew.

United StatesDon’t believe everything you read
This states if you join by the 7th of the month you will get the book for that month. This is not true. I joined on 4/2 but failed to receive a book that month. The ColorIt site stated the book was sold out. I went over to Amazon and ordered it. Of course I had to pay full price for a book I should have received as part of Palette Pass. I am not impressed with the book for May. I never color those pages in the books that I have. I will probably end up giving that book away or selling it at a yard sale. I only joined for a quarter to try it out. I am very curious to see if I get 2 books or the 3 that should come with a quarters membership. Also I was going to order another copy of a book I have finished but really enjoyed, I put the book in my cart but could not get it to reflect the discount that Palette Pass members are supposed to receive. I never placed the order. So far I am very disappointed with my Palette Pass membership.

Not to happy. I think I was charged twice. Ended up getting two of the same books. Good thing I have a friend that colors. Contacted customer support but they say they didn’t charge me. So I canceled and subscribed again. We’ll see. If it happens again I’ll just cancel again. Love their products but very disappointed with the palette pass. Plus I just ordered and didn’t get the discount.
