At ColorIt, we want you to love what you bought. If you don't, we'll make it right — simple as that.
 You have 30 days to return anything, no questions asked.

How to Return Something
1.   Email us for a return number Send a note to support@colorit.com and we'll send you an RMA (return) number. This just confirms your order was purchased directly from ColorIt.com within the last 30 days.
2.   Pack it up Put your item back in its box along with your original receipt. Write your RMA number on the receipt so we can find your order fast.
3.   Ship it back Send your package via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to:

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

1.   Tell us within 7 days Email support@colorit.com with your order number and a quick description of the issue. Include a photo if the item arrived damaged.
2.   Get your RMA and label We'll send you an RMA number and a prepaid shipping label.
3.   Your replacement ships Once we receive the item back, your replacement goes out right away.
Please reach out within 7 days. Our shipping insurance only covers claims made within 10 days, so the sooner you tell us, the faster we can help.
